All products sold by BTDT Enterprises, Inc. offer a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund or exchange.
Money Back Guaranteed - Refund period are subject to the following:

1. A copy of your invoice is REQUIRED for all returns
2. A 15% restocking fee may apply  
3. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
4. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products under all circumstances
5. Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty
